Pan/360 degree upload difficulty

Id give it a 5 but...
I tried several times to upload a panoramic picture of our business. Even while connected to wifi it will not upload. I tried different pictures, using plain phone data signal, wifi.... nothing works.
Suggestions?
Bug fix?
Please help?
